HEIDI VAUGHAN FINE ART is proud to present ECSTATIC TRANSCENDENCEa solo exhibition featuring stoneware, bronze, and cast stainless steel sculptures by Texas sculptor Susan Budge. The artist's work can be found in public spaces and the permanent collections of major museums across America. This is Budge’s fourth solo show  presented at HVFA.

There will be an exclusive VIP screening of a mini documentary about Susan Budge by Raymond (Ray) Hylenski at 6:30pm on Wednesday, February 18. A reception with the artist and filmmaker will begin at 5pm. The documentary includes the artist's newest sculptures in her 36th solo exhibition, Ecstatic Transcendence, offering insights into what inspires her biomorphic forms. The cast stainless steel Cosmic Kachinas reference her history and were recently featured in the exhibition True North on Heights Boulevard. Raymond Hylenski is an independent American filmmaker and documentarian known for directing and producing documentary films that focus on artistic and cultural subjects. His documentaries explore creative processes and cultural narratives. His films often highlight artists and the intersections between art, place, and community, suggesting a deep interest in how public art and cultural expression shape and reflect society.
